Austell's fine dining Restaurant is set in tranquil Carlyon Bay, close to stunning beaches, the Eden Project and beautiful Victorian village of Charlestown, where sailing ships can often be seen in the harbour and fishing boats arrive with their daily catch of tantalising fresh fish.
Brett’s passion for cooking is reflected through his commitment to sourcing the very best Cornish ingredients and respecting seasonal variations on your plate. The cuisine is Modern British; freshly baked bread, succulent starters and mouth-watering main courses, to decadent desserts, pretty petit-fours and wonderful range of wines, all designed to create a unique dining experience.
